Ballinrobe Duathlon christens newly resurfaced Bowers riverside walk.
The newly resurfaced Bowers riverside walk had only been finished the evening before the event and what better way to christen the beautiful walk than 300 plus competitors running flat out along its path.
For years the path was narrow, bumpy and overgrown now its been transformed and will be a brilliant asset to the town especially as the summer months approaches.
The run bike run event celebrated its tenth year and continues to go from strength to strength.
