If you are completely new to gravel and want to see what gravel biking is all about but don’t want to invest in a specific bike, try the shore route, it can be ridden on a normal bike. The route is 50k of SHORE roads along the majestic Clewbay.

The Bothy

75km

Saturday September 16th
Start/Finish Westport

If you are new to gravel and want to see what gravel biking is all about or just want to try something that gets away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads, then try 75k .

700m of climbing, 35% boreens, 30% gravel, 12% single track, and 20% Greenway

The route suits all off-road, gravel, and E-bikes

Wild Nephin

110km

Saturday September 16th
Start/Finish Westport

110 km bike adventure that is sure to give you food for the soul for the rest of the winter months.

This route has everything from stunning coastline, causeway crossings, stiff hills, the Furnace lakes, fire track and open bog trails in the stunning Wild Nephin National park, the route is challenging, remote with amazing scenery.

1100m of climbing, 35% boreens, 43% gravel, 12% single track, 9% Greenway and 1% of doubt !!

The route suits all off-road, gravel and E-bikes
