Derek Joyce Galway Bay CC is looking good for a repeat win in the individual Bridge Signs IWDS with another solid display at the Swinford Humbert Duathlon.
Derek’s Brother Paul racing out of Tri Lakes TC is also very competitive and is now 2nd overall with the improving Ray Mc Namara Liquid Motion now up to third. Team Loughney a Hollymount Wheelers Male relay team in 4th Overall.
With the Ashford Duathlon postponed the next round will be been hosted by Westport Leisure park on Saturday March 24th entry on line at www.runireland.com
