The Wild Mayo Ultra returns to Westport on May 10th & 11th! As Ireland’s premier ultra-cycling event, the Wild Mayo Ultra offers an unparalleled challenge amidst the breath-taking landscapes of Mayo.
With three distinct distance choices – 500k, 300k, and 200k – participants have the opportunity to push their limits and conquer new horizons. From seasoned cyclists to adventurous novices, there’s a distance for every level of experience.

Since its inception, the Wild Mayo Ultra has captured the imagination of cyclists nationwide and beyond. This year, we’re proud to welcome groups and individuals from all corners of the country and further afield, ready to test their mettle against the rugged terrain of Mayo.
But the Wild Mayo Ultra isn’t just about individual prowess – it’s about camaraderie, teamwork, and the spirit of collective achievement. That’s why we’re calling on cycling clubs to assemble their finest riders and take on the challenge as a group.
