200k, is the first milestone to be completed if you are to be regarded as an Ultra cyclist.
Estimate time (under 10hrs)
Takes in the middle and west of county Mayo
1600m of climbing, no real steep climbs
Highlights: Cycling the Nephin drive, Corraun peninsula, Achill island.
Category: solo or pairs unsupported
300k, Badge number 2 but a good step up in effort required.
Estimate time (under 17hrs)
The route takes in the North and West of the County
3500m of climbing includes the notorious Minaun heights and Keem Bay climbs
Highlights: Cycling the Nephin drive, North Mayo, Carramore lake, Minaun Height, Keem bay
Category: solo or pairs unsupported, solo or pairs supported.
