🚴 Ride regularly and build your endurance week by week.
⛰️ Get some hills and gravel into your training.
🥤 Practice your nutrition and hydration on longer rides.
🛠️ Make sure your bike is serviced and ready to go well before event day.
👥 If you’re riding with friends, get out together and enjoy the journey.
Don’t leave it until the last minute. A little work each week will make Gravel Grind West far more enjoyable.
