Headford’s John Mullin is the new leader of the Ireland West Duathlon series after Ballinrobe’s round 3, John Has been super consistent over the first 3 rounds and now goes to Enniscrone as the leader.
In the ladies category Grainne Uaile Triathlon members Caroline Mc Loughlin has jumped into the lead, the key for her will be to hold form over the remaining 3 rounds.
